JUNE 6, 2012 hey guys! it's been a little while since you've heard from us up here. we would just like to take this time right now to announce that no, you're not seeing wrong. our site took a tragic hit in that one of our admin has decided for personal reasons to take her leave from this site. we all loved hannah very much, but she has more going on than this, more important things than elaw, and found it best to say her goodbyes. we will all miss her very, very much and please keep her in your prayers as she enters surgery in these upcoming months. but in the midst of a horrible loss to our site we just have a few friendly reminders. first of all - the site is half a year old. WOW. that's a major accomplishment and we're so so happy to have kept the members that have stayed with us for so long. you guys are amazing. in other news, please remember the new activity rules. sign into your accounts every day, and make sure you're posting with each character at least once a month. accounts that haven't been signed into in over a week will be deleted. we just want to make sure you're all still with us after such a long time! remember to stay plotting and make friends! recruit people, take wanted ads, do what you can for the site. we love you so so much and we hope to see some really fun site events in the future. stay beautiful, guys, and don't forget to make any suggestions to either me or kit. love you! xo renee.

hi there, and welcome to everybody loves a winner. we hear you're interested in joining, so you've come to just the right place. inside of the board, we have everything you need to know to make your final decision. it's kind of like a school enrollment packet- we have your rules, everything you can't do, what this site is all about, and anything else you could possibly need on a site that we've failed to mention. what are you waiting for? get at it!
sometimes we admin have something really important we need to say. whether it be site updates, an activity check, wanted staff members, or upcoming site events, they'll all be posted here. check often! they may not come every other day, but when they do, you know that they're important.
have you looked around and liked what you've seen? there are just a couple very simple things that you need to do before you can just jump into the action, number one being create your character! as long as you use the application that we've given you and use it correctly, then you should be accepted in no time. it might take a while for our admins to take a look, but it won't take longer than a day after you've completed your character- so please be patient! we also ask you that you finish your character within seven days. we also ask that you format your application's title as last, first middle in all lowercase!
try hard as we do, we can't always cover absolutely everything. maybe we left out something, maybe we need to change others, and maybe you just want something that we didn't even think of. whatever it is, all suggestions and questions should be posted here. an admin will reply as soon as it's read; we'll try to get to as many suggestions as possible to make the site as fulfilling as we can. so don't be afraid to speak your mind here.
you've been accepted, and there's just a couple things left you need to do. (or maybe you haven't been accepted, and you're just looking around...) here's where you'll claim everything that belongs to you- your character's face, cell phone number, screenname, and the list goes on. do this right away! we can't do it for you, and if you neglect this responsibility, there's not much we can do about it.
everybody likes at least a little bit of shameless promotion. however, there is a time and place for it and though the time is actually any time, the place for it? is right here. we are proboards and invisionfree friendly but please no other sources but those two. thank you. when you advertise here, make sure there's a place for us to advertise back or your ad will be deleted. also, if you want to affiliate with us, you'll find the form here. happy advertising!
a thread of yours has reached it's destination and you're done with it? this is where it'll go to when a thread is considered "dead," which includes threads that haven't been replied to in over two weeks. if there's a thread that has been moved here by mistake or that you want moved back our, just tell an admin and we'll get it out for you!
a role playing site isn't just for writing and taking on a role of a completly different character. at every site, there's typically a place where members can go and just talk out of character, that isn't a chat box. it can be more fun this way, and it can help you get to know the other people on the site. graphic galleries, stories or poems, essays, or just a place to give advice or talk with other members is all incorporated in this board.
pretty self explanatory, right? but in case there are some of you that don't know what this awesome board is for, it's a simple way to keep track of threads that your character is in involved in, whether that be an open thread or a closed one. they're extremely useful if you're one of those people who easily forget things as simple as a thread or if you just want to have one for your benefit.
do you ever have a scene stuck in your head between two characters that you can't get out? is there a scene from your character's past that you feel like needs telling? well that's what these "bonus" scenes are for. whether it's a transition scene between two characters that just isn't worth roleplaying or the tale of how your character was treated by his or her parents, this board is here for you to use to share it with us all. if this description still isn't clear to you and you're wondering what it is, feel free to message renee or hannah about it and they'll be sure to clear it up for you.
once your application has been accepted, it will be moved here. after that, you're officially a part of the family. welcome! now that you've been accepted, don't forget to go and claim your claims and get your shipping page up so that you can start plotting with all of the other characters on the site. and remember - if someone beats you to the claims, you're out of luck, so go and do that as soon as your application has been moved here. thank you and welcome again to everybody loves a winner.

are you in need of another character but don't want to (or can't) play them yourself? need a lover, sibling, parent, cousin, or ex for your character? are you in need of your character's group of friends but unable to find anyone to play them? well never fear - post an ad here! whether it's for a sibling or a lover, somebody is bound to take it up eventually.
