How far are you willing to go to get all you've ever wanted? Rumour has it the population of Manhattan, located in Upper East Side, New york, are willing to go as far as murder.
Three months ago, the ever popular Holly Noakes died on campus or did she even die at all? The inquest ruled it an accidental death, cause: drug overdose. But the people of Manhattan know more than they let on, and as guilt weighs heavy on everyone's heart, the whispers mount even higher...
Everyone has a theory. News travels fast; you can guarantee almost everyone knows something.
However, life carries on and the students stick with the comfortable lives they've carefully constructed for themselves. The culture of late nights and big parties continues. The charade of normality becomes a permanent fixture like the university itself.
But secrets can only remain secret for so long. Soon enough a thread in the fabric will snag and everything will go to ruins. You might just find that the lies and secrecy run further and deeper than you first imagined. Because let's face it; these young adults have more issues buried beneath the surface than a state cemetery. You start digging and it's only going to get ugly.
