[li]Ralph and Linda, Investment Banker and Stay At Home Mother. Ralph grew up in Denver, Colorado as an only child, his parents were both ski instructors. Linda grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, her dad was a blackjack dealer, and her mom was a show girl. The two met in college in Utah, got married weeks after graduation, and moved to Denver for a few years. After the birth of their first born, Erica, the couple moved to Las Vegas and quickly expanded their family.

[/li][li]Erica Jane Luciano, 31, Chef. Erica is a typical mother hen. She loves to take care of people, and was always helping out with her six younger siblings. She got married four years ago to a man she met while attending culinary school in Italy, Ferro Luciano, and the two have a pair of three year old twins, Jack and Gideon.

[/li][li]Michael James Darling, 29, Casino Owner. Mike was always the schemer of the family. He was always looking for new ways to make money, and everyone just knew that he would grow into an entrepreneur someday. And that he did – he now owns three successful casinos in Las Vegas. He’s married to his high school sweet heart, Lindsey, who recently announced that she is pregnant.

[/li][li]Harvard Ralph Darling, 27, Marine Biologist. No, Harvard did not go to the school he was named for. He attended UCLA in California, and now works for Sea World. Harvard came out of the closet his freshman year of college, and began dating his partner, Micah Browning, just months after. Hey, Harvard grew up in Vegas, his family wasn’t in for any huge culture shock.

[/li][li]Sasha Michelle Darling, 26, Dancer. Sasha is the most serious one of the bunch. She started ballet at a young age, and always stuck to a strict workout, practice, and diet regime. In high school, Sasha suffered from an eating disorder and spent her junior year in rehab. After she recovered, she went to college at Julliard and now dances for the Miami Ballet.

[/li][li]Kerrington Chelsea Darling, 23, Stripper. Let’s be honest, you can’t raise seven kids in Vegas and not expect at least one of them to be a stripper. She wanted to be a dancer like her older sister Sasha, but took it a little differently. Kerrington was always one of the prettiest girls in school, and she uses that to her advantage these days.

[/li][li]Shiloh Elizabeth Darling, 21, Slacker. This girl has no idea what she is doing with her life.

[/li][li]Joshua Derek Darling, 19, Freshman in College. Joshua is Shiloh’s favorite sibling, probably because he is the only one younger than she is. Josh is charming, a little bit obnoxious, and always looking for an adventure. He just left for college in Washington State, where he’s studying journalism.[/li][/ul]

If there is one thing you need to know about Shiloh Darling, it’s that she never has and probably never will take anything seriously. Maybe it’s because she grew up in Vegas, maybe it’s because she has five older siblings, who knows. The girl was always the class clown, which made her popular with some and flat out irritating with others. In elementary school, she started gymnastics, but was quickly dismissed because she wouldn’t pay attention. In middle school, she tried out for cheerleading and made it, but quit months later because the coach wasn’t a huge fan of her. In high school, Shiloh worked as a waitress at a café, and only kept that job because the owner was a friend of her dads. She was a bit clumsy and tended to drop things a lot, but the customers mostly overlooked it because of how charming she was with them.

After high school, Shiloh went to college in Utah, where her parents went, and got a degree in advertising. Throughout college, she worked random jobs to pay for her school; waitress, store clerk, bank teller, stripper (yeah, she tried that out, wasn’t a big fan), little league assistant coach, secretary, dry cleaners worker, you name it, Shiloh probably did it. By the time she finally graduated last year, she found an internship in Texas for a fairly well known advertising company. After four months in the job, Shiloh hated it. It was boring, the people sucked, and she found out that she really wasn’t that great at it.

Awesome. She’d just wasted four years getting a degree that she no longer wanted to use. So, Shiloh sold her apartment, her car, and most of her belongings, threw a dart at a map of the United States (yes, really), and moved to where it landed – Hartford, Connecticut. Were her parents and siblings extremely happy with this decision? No, not especially. Did they see it coming and know that it was a total Shiloh move? Hell to the yes. So, now Shiloh is here, working as a saleswoman in Pottery Barn, and trying to decide what the hell she should do with the rest of her life.
