t was early morning and Cora had been up maybe and hour or two and she was just about done reading her novel that she been reading for a month now. After Cora read the last page she closed her book and set it down on her nightstand next to her bed and sighed, she was out of books to read and that meant a trip to the library to get some more. Getting up from her Bed Cora was still in her pajamas ans she went o go get dressed in a skirt and nice top and paired with with some flats on her feet. Cora didn't want to take up much time getting ready so she just ran a brush through her hair and grabbed her cell phone and keys made sure she had money in her pocket and she headed out of her room down the stairs and out the door. Cora locked her front door and didn't care to drive her car she wanted to be outside and walk to the library.
It wanst long until Cora got to the library, she put her keys in her pocket along with her cellphone and walked through the front door and smiled at the clerk and then walked off to the novel section to select a book. Cora walked down a aisle that had the books hes was into reading, looking through a little Cora finally spotted a book she wanted yet it was high on the top shelf but that didn't stop her she was determined to get it. Cora walked up to the shelf climbed up a little and reached for it "Almost got it" she said reaching for it and her foot slipped and she fell, she chuckled a little and lucky no books fell on her way down.

. so i go insane like i always do AND I CALL YOUR NAME, SHES A LOT LIKE YOU - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - THIS FTW POST WAS WRITTEN JUST FOR CORAL, WHO IS THE EVER LOVEABLE BOO. THE POST ITSELF IS 461 WORDS LONG, SO THAT JUST MEANS I'M AWESOME. OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT . . . YAY GO TEAM there were a lot of days when dean was sitting at home curled up in that papasan chair of his that he wondered just how much one person could ready in a day. he knew the he himself spent the better half of his days with a book cracked opened whether it was because of school or out of pleasure. either way, the fact of the matter was that he spent most of his time at home curled up in that favorite chair of his with a book in hand. it was how he liked to spend his days. it was quiet and calm and just, well, it was how dean had spent most of his days in his life. and he had no regrets.
a hint of sadness always came over him when he finished a book though. but then came the relief of knowing what had happened and being done with that little slice of an alternate reality. as green ran over the last page a content sort of smile took over his lips before closing the book and laying it on the coffee table. now was the matter of, what was he going to read next. the man stood and made his way over to his bookshelf running his fingers along the binds of his collection and nothing really called to him. lips worked into a purse and a small sigh left him. it was time for a new book. maybe a new series.
now, even though dean lived in hartford when it well and came down to it his favorite book store was in new haven. after pulling on some clothes he grabbed his keys and left the house taking the drive to new haven. after parking long legs led him inside the store. there was always a comfort to be found in this book store, the smell of the pages causing that contented little smile to overtake his lips. the man walked almost leisurely through the aisles, eyes scanning over the books as he passed waiting for one to call out to him. that was usually how he did things. how he figured out which literary adventure he was going to go on next.
it was not the sight of a book that caught his eye though, but instead a girl falling. brows shot up to his hairline and he made his way over to her a look of concern on his features. "hey, are you okay?" he asked holding a hand out to help her up. sure, he wasn't the most social thing, and he wasn't the kind of guy that would just strike up conversation, but neither was he the sort that would just let a girl fall and not say anything about it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
