HISTORY, Celia Faye was the second twin born to her parents, and the third child. Their brother being nine years their elder it was such a gap that should've made the bond between the three a bit more difficult, but truth be told, they weren't that kind of family. From a young age, though, the youngest of all of them was always a bit of an outcast in the family. The black sheep in a way that she never could've been really sure. her parents had never in her life out right said that they preferred her sister over her, but actions showed well enough that was the case. Especially the older that the two got and the more estranged that the girl got from her parents. The first acts of rebellion started with small things, and as jealous as she was of her sister, envious, green even at the fact, she did not hate her twin. Celia had quite possibly the closest bond to her than anyone else in the world, her brother coming in close second. And though the girl drove her insane sometimes, and the way that she could so easily be molded the way that people wanted her, it didn't change the fact that Celia loved her sister with all of her heart and soul. The rebellion got worse the older that she got going from things like coloring on the walls, or cutting off her hair, to things like breaking dishes intentionally or being an all out brat. It was easy to see that she was going to be a handful and she only got worse. Acting out in hopes of getting the attention that she needed from parents who were far more focused on her sibling than they were the girl herself. It really was some kind of wonder that she never ended up turning on her sister. In elementary school she quickly became that bully, having calls sent to her parents even in her youth. Instead of seeing this as some sort of cry for help, her parents continued to put distance between themselves and their youngest kid. At the age of thirteen she was doing well in school as far as grades went, but socially, she was starting to hang with a bad crowd. It wasn't too much of a wonder that Gabe had them come move with them, an idea that she had placed in his head, and then convinced her sister to go along with. Five years with her brother as her guardian has done a lot of good for the girl. Her mind, works much faster and at a much higher intelligence than the majority of the people that she went to school with, and it wasn't long before she started to find school boring. Now in her senior year she is more than bored with high school and all the useless bullshit that goes along with it, more keen on working on her music or her paintings than doing school work. She's started skipping class and now that she's eighteen she's considering dropping out, not that her brother knows that much. PERSONALITY, Celia is a rebellious little thing. You will never catch her doing what she's told with any sort of simplicity or compliance. It doesn't matter who it is that is trying to get her to do something she will butt heads with someone just for the sheer purpose of doing so, and you better believe that she will give more than a normal amount of sass. The mouth on this girl can get her into all kinds of trouble, but, she is a smart girl and if it really comes down to it then she can get herself back out of it as quickly as she has gotten into it. Despite the hard edges to the girl though, she is a sweet sort of thing. Finding it easier to care for other people than she does for herself she will give a helping hand where she can. And hell, even when she can't. Not the sort to put up with bullshit though, it isn't that easy to get close to her. Or more specifically, to get her to open up to you as much as you might open up to her. CeCe is a giver, totally and completely, whether it is money or a ride or even her time, she will give until there is nothing else for her to give to someone. For as willing as she is to deal with other people's problems she never wants to look in on herself and deal with the things that may indeed be hurting her. Or the trauma that she has suffered being the unwanted child in the family. Everyone in her world she holds at an arms length and her sass and smirks are her way of dealing with things. It takes quite the person to break through the shell of hers, and really, the only person that she is close to is her brother, but even him she holds at arms length. Celia has been called more than once in her life a tease. She will go after a guy, or a girl, and she will make out with them, get into heavy petting, and then walk away. No one really knows if her v-card is well and in tact or not and she prefers to leave it that way, especially for the time being. Romance isn't really something that she's looking for, but she wouldn't exactly turn it away if it came at her. Though, it would not be an easy task getting her to be close. Music is something that she has found a sanctuary in during her years, and she is in her heart, a musician. She loves her guitar quite possibly more than she will ever love another human being. All in all even with her distant ways, she is a good friend, if only a bit guarded, and she is a sweet girl. A bit sassy, with raised eyebrows, and orly looks. APPEARANCE, Celia's style isn't all that different from that of girls her age. She is keen on tossing a bit of 90s flair into her attire though. For a girl who is obsessed with 90s grunge and alternative music it isn't such an odd thing. She is more often than not seen wearing a pair of skinny jeans, cuffed, always, a pair of keds, and some sort of t-shirt, or if she's feeling a bit dressy she'll throw in some cool vest or something like that. The girl has an affinity for hats and scarves, wearing them almost everywhere that she goes. When Celia does choose to dress up her style is a bit more on the conservative side than it is trashy. She feels like when women dress in clothes that barely cover them doesn't leave much for a mind to wander. It isn't like she goes out with her chest covered up to her neck and her skirts down to her knees, but you will never see this girl in a mini skirt, at least not without leggings covering those long legs of hers. Her hair is never much fussed over, letting it fall in those soft natural waves. She isn't the kind of girl that wears a lot of make up either, holding a natural beauty to her. Celia is not a big girl by any chance, topping out at five foot five and she doesn't have a lot of muscle towards her either.
