Application:
[/font] Janie is a dreamer. She always has her head in the cloud and if you watch her (which she would prefer you wouldn’t) she’s most likely day dreaming about something. Often times, thoughts cross Janie’s mind and she begins to get lost in them. Janie can be very sarcastic. She has a dry wit, and she's very smart (hours of doing nothing but reading can do that to you). When she says sarcastic thing, however, most of the time it's to cover something up. But Janie is a trustworthy person. She keeps her word and is able to keep a secret. She's the friend you go to when you just need someone to listen and let you cry on their shoulder. Or she's the one you go to if you need help with something. She takes promises very seriously. If she swears that she won't or will do something, she keeps that promise. There have been some exceptions to this rule, of course, but those were extreme cases. Janie is a spaz. And paranoid. The combination of the two is really not a good thing. She has been known to jump about a foot in the air when someone sneaks up behind her. She supposes that the paranoia and spazziness comes from her mother's stories about the terrible things that happen in the outside world. Of course, he mother forgot to mention things like flowers, and birds, and little fluffy things, and other things that Janie ended up loving. That is partially why Janie is curious about everyone and everything. She's amazed by the simplest things. Starlight, the feeling of grass, butterflies, flowers. She loves people watching and meeting new people. This is another side effect of being inside so much. Because she didn't spend a lot of time exploring and learning about her world when she was little, she's making up for lost time now. She loves being outside. She loves nature and animals and flowers. She really, really loves flowers.
Janie is a romantic. Boy is she ever! Though she’s has her aspirations in baking and photography and world travel, she also cannot wait to settle down and find her prince charming. No, Janie’s never actually been in love. Actually, she’s never had any type of romantic relationship ever. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t add the thought of love to the things she spends day and night dreaming about. Janie simply loves the thought of love and can’t wait for it to happen for her because she knows that it simply must be perfect. Janie has a rebellious side to her. When she really wants something, she goes after it. Even if it means breaking one of her mother's rules. Of course, she feels incredibly guilty about it later.
Janie has a temper. She has some control over it , but not a whole lot. She also has a habit of hitting people when they make her angry. She's not violent exactly she's just...okay, she's kind of violent. But only when she's really, really angry. She is very emotional in general, and she wears her heart on her sleeve. Jane is also very creative. Again, being cooped up all day gives you plenty of time to practice artistic things. She loves painting, singing, and playing guitar. so let's relate:[/i][/font] Janie is a little shy when you first meet her but after she opens up she's a breath of fresh air. I can see her making friends easily because she is sort of silly and spazzy but she's also got a good heart and will always be there for anyone. Also, for those who want to use her in bad ways, she's easily influenced due to her lack of experience in the real world for eighteen years. Though she's been out on her own for almost two whole years now, she's still pretty naive and therefor going to be easy to manipulate. For those bad people that is. I can't see her making many enemies because she'd feel terrible about hating anyone but there will be those who get on Janie's bad side every once in a while. When Janie gets mad, she gets a little violent. And not that the tiny little thing could do much to a person anyhow, but still. Janie has been known to pound her little fists when she's been crossed. Aside from that, people might dislike her simply because she's a bit too naive for a girl of twenty years old and they find it annoying. However, when it comes to matters of love, Janie's not hard to catch the eye of. She's in love with the idea of love and can't wait until she finally gets a chance at it. As for final's I think she's already spoken for but who knows what could happen before or afterrrr. [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

basically they're complete opposites lmao. while janie is all about keeping her word and promises and giving advice, austin can't do any of that stuff. moreso, he doesn't want to. she loves love and nature and beautiful stuff and austin could care less. he doesn't believe love exists and it's just some excuse people use to get by with being idiots. she's also a friendly person and austin is just... not. so first time meeting her, he'd probably be irritated with her. obviously he wouldn't know how naive she is, but that's probably something that he'd become annoyed by. he'd think that she was irritating because of how much of a spaz she is, so he probably wouldn't be her biggest fan. after the fourth or fifth time of running into her, he'd probably realize how beautiful of a person she really is, inside and out. he'd become smitten with her, but still have that feeling in the back of his head telling him that it was just an illusion and only an illusion.

I can see these two having a rocky relationship at first. Being such complete opposites, it's natural that they would clash and even possibly argue at some point. I can definitely see Austin being on the receiving end of Janie's abuse (even though she's a little one so it probably won't even hurt him at all) if he was like mean to her or tried making the things she loved seem bad or degraded. But yeah, she's sort of a hopeless romantic and Austin is hella fine so no doubt she'd be even more mad at him for being attractive and mean. But she would keep trying to look past it and even try to open his eyes up to everything wonderful she's found.

so kaitlyn (savanna perez) and i were talking, and we thought that it'd be an interesting twist if austin was dating someone at the time when he becomes smitten with janie. this isn't usual for him, so that's another reason why he'd try to keep his distance while with savanna. another interesting twist is if he accidentally cheated with janie, especially since he wouldn't feel guilty at first, being in a somewhat abusive (bc savanna cheats on austin) relationship with his current girlfriend.

devan&janie: he would want to shelter her from the world if they ever met, omg. okay not really but he would let his big brother sense take over. naivety of that caliber needs to be guarded carefully, and though devan has broken many an innocent girl without meaning to, he also grows very protective of ones younger than him. i don't know how they'd meet but if they ever did, that would be his first instinct - to protect her from everything bad.
noah&janie: noah is the least innocent thing on the face of the planet and honestly hates to see such a pure heart in someone at such a late stage in their life. i can't see them getting along just because noah would say too many things that would break her view of the world. he's a realist and tends to bring people down and then add the fact that he's dramatic most of the time anyway and...yeah i can't see them getting along. he'd ruin her.
adaline&janie: ada is a lot like noah in that she gets a little annoyed with naivety, however, she is not nearly as rude about it as him. she'd probably just tell him to back off and apologize but i can't see her extending a hand to janie either because it's just not who she is. she's not good with comfort and would mainly be around just to keep noah in check.
kendall&janie: kendall is janie's opposite. she'd probably view her as a child and treat her as such, and probably come off as a little patronizing because it's just the way that kenny is. she'd mainly just put up with her if she ran into her because she would remind her of her younger brother but otherwise, she's a little too different to want to put up with someone who just doesn't "get" her.
jason&janie: jason and janie are really similar, really. she's a bit more spazzy than he is because he was never really given the chance growing up to let go like his siblings, but he's as quiet and sweet as anyone else. i can see them being friends - the kind of friends that sit in the park and laugh at each other while janie jumps around and jason sits cross-legged and tells stories to her or something. just a very innocent but deep friendship. because jason needs someone who understands why sometimes you just have to stay quiet and think and find wonder in small things, and i think janie would appreciate having someone there who just sort of accepts her as she is.
jagger&janie: they wouldn't get along. having someone like that - just so innocent and cute and spazzy - would remind him of the girlfriend he'd lost when he was younger and he would just try to push her further away because of it. he's not a nice guy anyway, so mainly he'd just be rude and jason would apologize and tell her to just ignore him because "he's just being jagger".
add/subtract/etc all that c: i'm a little dead so feel free to change any, haha.

devan&janie: I love this <3 Yes, Janie's like, twenty years old going on seven. She's really too innocent for her own good but in a way, that's what makes her who she is. Oddly, after watching VicTORIous today, she's like a blond version of Cat who just so happens to be a bit older and Even if at times, she would probably throw a bit of a fit with him for being so protective over her, she'd really grow to love him and appreciate his intentions.
noah&janie&ada: Haha, yes, so we can just see them all not being too friendly. Janie would probably just peg Noah as "mean" and avoid him if he tried to (and probably successfully) alter her wonderful, naive view of the world and while she would be a little more down with Ada for apologizing for Noah, she'd probably just try to steer clear of them both to save herself the trouble of having to be ridiculed by them.
kendall&janie: If Kendall tolerated Janie, then she'd be okay in her boat. Janie tends to not notice when people don't actually like her unless they're simply mean to her. And since no matter what, we have to make Janie and Jason friends now, Janie will just try to stay out of Kendall's way while she was around Jason but she'd be nice to her nonetheless.
jason&janie: Honestly, Janie and Jason would be the perfect friends. I can see this little park scene perfectly, actually. Janie twirling around in her dress and just laughing at the sun and the birds while she listens to Jason tell her stories and yes, I can just see them having that perfect, innocent friendship that isn't weighed down by feelings of anything more than friends or by worries. Really, Janie needs that too. She needs someone who won't treat her like a child and who will just accept her and she will be the same way for Jason. Seriously, I can just see them being like in this beautiful little friendship that is very solemn for them. I truly love it. <3 And of course, this definitely means we need to thread them as soon as possible because this is too adorable.
jagger&janie: Haha, aw. Jason's mean big brother. If he was ever actually mean to her, she'd either be upset about it or maybe a little mad at Jagger but yeah, I think Janie would just try to keep out of the way like she would with Kendall and Noah and Ada. She's just good at staying out of the way when she knows she's not wanted. That was how she was with her mother and she either complied or rebelled. But since she was used to her mother, it was easier to rebel to her. For anyone she's not fully comfortable with, it won't be as easy.
